Review Radiology Reports:

2) Logon:

4) Select by MRN	3
5) Control functions:
    Cancel			 *
    Pause			 1
    Stop/Start			 2
    Incremental rewind/Play	 3
    Incremental forward/Play	 4
    Disconnect			*5
    Rewind (3 to resume play)	 7
    Move to end of report	44
    Move to start of report	77


Review Discharge and Clinic Notes:

(Before starting, I recommend retrieving the patient's file on Ulticare,
as you may be prompted for a visit number)

1) Phone xxxx at TW or TG site
2) Logon:
	ID	ID then #
	PW	ID then # 
	(to change PW call 14-xxxx)
3) Select Site:
	PMH		1#
	TGH		2#
	TWH		3#
4) Prompt for MRN:
	press *1 to choose dictate/review 
	press 3# to review
5) Prompt for MRN - this time enter it
	nnnnnnn followed by #

  Playback will begin of the most recent job for that patient.
  Skip to next report		 8
  Switch to dictate		*1
	(then follow the prompts)


Dictate Notes:
